Cathe over at Just Something I Made posted an amazing tutorial on how to make decorative paper tape. 

How cute would this be on some kraft paper gift wrap? Love it!

And the idea to wrap it around spools? How cute would this be as a gift?I am so in love with this!

I'm off to go scrounge through my scrapbook paper and gift wrap.
